1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

• Standart Shipping: 3 to 4 business days, based on order weight (1lb–5lb) — Flat rate: $9.90
  

International Shipping:

• Available Regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
• Carrier Service: DHL Express with calculated carrier rates at checkout based on destination and order weight
• Estimated Transit Time: Calculated dynamically at checkout. For most locations, transit time is typically between 2–14 business days.

Please note: Rates and transit times are subject to change based on carrier conditions and seasonal demand.

2. PROCESSING TIME

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
  

3. CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation Policy: Once an order is submitted, processing begins, and it cannot be canceled. For assistance, contact us by phone or email.

4. RETURNS

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items must be unused and in original condition. Sale items may be ineligible for returns.
• Damaged Items: For items damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the damage so we may assist with filing a claim.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

• Processing Delays: If processing exceeds the stated time, customers may cancel their order for a full refund.
• Carrier Delays: Delivery delays by the carrier are not covered under seller liability. Customers should contact the carrier directly to check shipment status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

• Shipping Damage: The CCI Book LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after they have been handed over to the carrier. Contact us with any issues, and we will help facilitate a claim with DHL Express.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• P.O. Boxes: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
• Security Restrictions: Some items may not be eligible for air shipment due to TSA guidelines.
